Supporting Mindful Kids, One Breath at a Time

Exclusively dedicated to younger yogis in Manasquan, New Jersey, Bee You offers yoga and mindfulness classes for children ranging in age from 6 weeks - 18 years old. At Bee You Yoga, we believe that kids should "bee" themselves. We encourage kids to be strong, be kind, be confident, be awesome, be thoughtful, be open and just to "BEE YOU" 

Children face numerous life stressors, and going back to school, during a "normal " year,can be a big one!
Now more than ever, our kids need tools to help them as they transition back to school. One thing we know for sure is that our kids will be going back to some sort of school this fall, whether inperson, online or a mix of both. This September, more than ever, our kids (and teachers and parents) need tools to help them as they head back to school during these uncertain times.
Enter Mindfulness!
Mindfulness practices can help kids to notice how and what they are feeling in the present moment. This awareness can help kids to notice and use their breath effectively, identify their emotions, and be able to react appropriately in everyday situations. Please join me VIRTUALLY for a one-hour, fun and interactive workshop where kids will learn new mindful strategies that will support self - regulation and self -awareness. These mindful tools will help them to FOCUS better, both in school and during virtual learning days.

$15/student (sibling discounts available - $10 each additional child)

    • 11:00am - 12:00pm - Ages 5-6

  • Thursday, August 27th

    • 11:00am - 12:00pm - Ages 6-9
    • 12:30pm - 1:30pm Ages 9-11
    • 2:00pm - 3:00pm Ages 11+
